My name is Lydia Jean and I'm 18 years old and I'm a sophomore in college. I'm going to a community college for 2 years to earn my Associates Degree, then transferring to a Junior/Senior college to major in English. No, I do NOT want to be a teacher. I hope to become an editor for books/magazines/newspapers/etc. That kind of thing just comes naturally to me. I'm not the best at writing, but I do try and I hope to someday write a book or two. The reason I'm here actually is because of my future goals with English, because every time I tell someone about them they suggest that I should start a blog. So here I am!
In my free time (which I have a lot of when I don't have a bunch of class work) I like painting, doodling, hand lettering, exploring the internet, crocheting, arm knitting, and writing (obviously). I love theatre and I was a techie, actor, and student director during my last two years of high school. I love reading when the book meets my standards, but I don't read nearly as much as I'd like to. I also like to play the piano and I'm teaching myself how to play guitar. As you can see, I do a lot of rambling. I hope you enjoy my blog!
